All you have to do is simply remove a nut or a bump of molded aluminum that is sitting right by your throttle cable. This bump or nut is preventing your throttle from being able to open completely. By allowing it to open completely you’ve increased your air flow which increases your horse power.

An upgraded air filter is the most basic of all modifications. Adding a higher flow filter is going to allow your Nissan cars engine to consume a much larger amount of oxygen then the stock air box. Imagine attempting to run a mile while using a straw to breath. It’s not a lot different for your car if you modify the car and not the air filter.

Upgraged exhaust system:
An upgraded exhaust system is the same concept as upgrading your air filter. All the air that is being consumed by the engine needs to be evacuated. The problem that many people run into is they go about doing this the completely wrong way. BIGGER IS NOT BETTER! Having an exhaust that is to large for your car is actually going to hurt your 300zx’s performance. You should have no more than a 3 inch system unless you plan on running somewhere around 1000hp! This problem is somewhat obvious, but one that very few people think of; the bigger exhaust drops exhaust temperatures considerably. Having a lower temperature means the air traveling through the exhaust system is going to be much heavier and thus harder to move, which hurts your engines performance. Installing the correct exhaust size is going to give you the correct temperature of exhaust and will evacuate the air effectively. Contrary to what many think, a car doesn’t actually lose horse power because it has a large exhaust because of a loss of back pressure. It looses horsepower with a large exhaust because of turbulence and the cold dense air.

An upgraded computer chip is one of the easiest modifications. Upgrading the chip will enrich the fuel curve. This gives your car a bit more fuel to support the added power. Some also say it will help cool the pistons. In addition to the added fuel, the JWT chip maximizes the engine's ignition timing and also tunes the cam timing. Most of the chips out there will have a couple additional features like raising the rev-limiter 200 rpm, and eliminating the top speed governor. Having an aftermarket ECU is nice because of the ease of calibration for future modifications like higher boost levels.

Adding a boost controller essentially tricks your waste gates, waste gates vent boost allowing the car to just run at 8 psi. The boost controller or boost jets trick the waste gates into thinking that there is less boost than there really is meaning you will have a quicker spool up time and a large increase in total boost pressure. Boost pressure equals power. Running higher boost pressure is only capable after an ECU upgrade. Investing in a turbo timer is also a good idea when running higher than stock boost, as a turbo timer will help cool your turbos when its time to shut down.
There are many other upgrades to the 300zx but this will get you down the road with the least pain to your pocket!

The Short History of Koenigsegg
The Koenigsegg car brand is still quite young. This project was officially launched in 1993. The creator of the brand was Christian von Koenigsegg, who had intentions to create true car of dream. The concept of the future machine was based on Formula One technology. Can it be surprisung that Koenigsegg became one of the fastest streetcars in the world?
Koenigsegg constructed its first prototype car in 1994, in only one and a half years after company establishing. The world-renowned drivers tested this model and were all amazed by its incredible performance. Among them were Picko Troberg, Calle Rosenblad and Rickard Rydell. As Picko said, the new car would be the king of the speed.
In 1997, the company created Koenigsegg CC prototype. The car was shown at the Cannes film festival and had great success. The new star comes out to the automobile world. The silver production prototype CC received great attention at its presentation at the Paris Motor Show. Articles about it were published in most of world car magazines.
The first custom Koenigsegg CC, named CC 8S, was assembled and handed over to its proud owner at the Geneva Motor Show in March. This red car was also tested by Koenigsegg test drivers on racetracks and roads, for further look and drivability refine.
In 2003, the Koenigsegg vehicles set the Guinness World Record as most powerful streetcars. In the meantime company engineers were working on the improvement of CC. Some new ideas in design and look were implemented on the 2003 model CC 8S.
The new Koenigsegg CCR was presented at Geneva Motor Show in March 2004. That splendid car had 806 horsepower and could achieve extremely high speed. In 2005 February, 28th the CCR broke the road car speed record, achieving a new official top speed of 388 (387.87) km/h at Italy's Nardo Prototipo proving ground.

Rolls-Royce Phantom: The Pricey Spirit
Rolls-Royce’s new Phantom is born with the right spirit. But for those who intend to seize its spirit, they have to pay first the pricey price. And how pricey is pricey? A Phantom Drophead Coupe was earlier sold for $2 million at a charity auction in Florida. Now, it holds the record of the most expensive new car ever sold in the United States.
In the seven-year history of the Naples Winter Wine Festival, the $2 million bid was the highest price paid. The famous auction was attended by equally famous celebrities like television and film stars. It was also graced by top vintners and chefs. The top bidder though has to wait for the delivery of the landmark vehicle. The production of the soft-top worth £300,000 will be starting this summer at the company's factory in Goodwood, West Sussex. The said factory will use only two robots to do the painting of the car’s spaceframe body. The rest of the work is done by hand. This is in accordance with the Rolls Royce tradition.
The 2008 Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe debuted at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) last month. The ultra-luxury saloon was the first Rolls-Royce branded car made under the ownership of BMW. It is equipped with 6.75 L, 48-valve, V12 engine based from BMW’s V12. The engine is capable of producing 453 horsepower and 531 ft•lbf of torque.
After the car was unveiled, it got a mixed reception. Purists did not take the modifications positively. However, modern owners interpreted the alterations in an optimistic light.
The excitement found in the new Rolls Royce Phantom may not be credited to EBC Active Brakes Direct;it has to be contributed by a collection of remarkable auto parts that include the double wishbone suspension and six-speed automatic transmission. Mercedes-Benz is planning to release soon in the market a SLR McLaren super sports car roadster with a top.
